ALL THE THINGS

I stole the word Yippie from some 1960s activists to describe how I live. A little bit yuppie and a lot bit hippie. My house is green, my food is green, I still love my Netflix queue and foodie adventures, and I love all things beauty. Living a Yippie life is embracing the balance between intentional living, silly fun of a childless forty-something with too many friends to count, and a married attorney with a bougie suburban house. I love all the things, so instead of trying to become just one, I own them all. Join me for your own yippie life adventure!

LAVENDER AND FRANKINCESE OIL CLEANSER

This is my absolute FAVORITE morning cleanser and I make it myself. 10 drops frankincense, 10 drops lavender, 10 drops tangerine and half a bottle of fractionated coconut oil. Put three drops on your hand, rub it all over your face, neck and decolletage, and then wipe off with a warm washcloth. Instant morning skin balancing.

ALL THE SURFACES CLEANSER

Easy. Safe. EFFECTIVE.

In an 8 ounce glass bottle, mix 8 drops of doTerra lemon oil, 1 cup of white vinegar, 2 Tbs. of Castille Soap, and top up with water.

No need for gloves. Because lemon oil cleans ANYTHING.

Also works wonderfully with lemongrass oil.

HEADACHE AWAY OIL BLEND

I am prone to headaches. ALL. THE. HEADACHES. But sinus/stress headaches seem to catch me almost daily. And taking acetominophin or ibuprofen wrecks my stomach.

SO!

In a dropper bottle mix 10 drops peppermint, 10 drops lemon, and 10 drops lavender. Add three droppers full of fractionated coconut oil and shake.

Massage three drops onto your sinuses, temples, throat and the back of your neck.
