DoTerra Jasmine - Stop Hustling Worthiness

What gets in the way of your happiness?

I was listening to Brene Brown's The Gifts of Imperfection this morning. She discussed her realization that she has to talk about the messy stuff = shame, hustling worthiness, anxiety, etc - because the messy stuff is what stands between her and achieving happiness or other happy-making goals she has. It resonated with me, particularly with regard to physical things we can do to make us happy.

If I know that going to a yoga class 3x a week increases my sense of peace, why aren't I doing it. Or why aren't you doing whatever your version of this story might be. And yes, while I am a huge fan of hacking my brain to get around these barriers to get at happiness, at some point this stuff comes up and we can either talk about it or we can let it sideline us.

What comes up for you? Because I know this weekend at least, I am hustling worthiness really hard.

So I went looking, as I do, for an oil to support feelings of self-wort - confidence on steroids.

Found it!

Jasmine can be applied to pulse points for a calming, yet euphoric aroma that uplifts mood and promotes a positive outlook. Renowned for its skin benefits, Jasmine Touch can help reduce the appearance of skin imperfections and promotes a healthy-looking, glowing complexion. Regarded as the “King of Flowers,” Jasmine is prized for its highly fragrant aroma, making Jasmine Touch ideal to use as a personal fragrance throughout the day.

I love this because I use magnolia oil on my face in the morning and evening to anchor feelings of self-love. The routine of smelling the oil as I roll it under my eyes and across my chest is one of my favorite self-care routines.

So this morning I'm rolling Jasmine oil as well, around my jaw line, behind my ears, and across my face for a boost of worthiness, while I journal about what all of this is bringing up for me.
