Y'all, I had to fight mega writer's bias when I created this post because my Nana was a cancer. In most ways, my Nana was my sense of home and love and safety. And it took me a little thinking and accepting that she had her less than awesome attributes. She could be a crabby cancer. And then one of my best girls is also a Cancer.
